Choose Health: Food, Fun and Fitness

UVM Extension EFNEP

Six hands-on interactive lessons about eating more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, replacing sugar-sweetened beverages with water and low-fat milk, eating fewer high-fat, high-sugar foods, and engaging in physical activity every day. Each lesson includes food preparation or tastings.
